Richmond Hill resident Najva and her daughter

Your health.
Your home.
Your say.

Your voice matters — help shape the future of health care in our region.

Western York Region is growing fast. By 2041, 251,000 more people will call this community home — that’s bigger than the entire population of Richmond Hill today.

With new housing developments and the subway extension into the community, demand for health care is skyrocketing, and we’re already feeling the strain. In our recent community survey, 97% of you said you’re worried about the future of health care, and 70% don’t think we’re prepared.

You’ve told us what matters most: shorter emergency department and surgery wait times, better access to tests, specialists and family doctors and upgraded and expanded hospital facilities.

Without modernizing and expanding Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital, we won’t be able to meet the needs of our growing community.

The time to act is now

Mackenzie Health is ready to lead the way, but we can’t do it alone. Thousands of voices across Richmond Hill, Vaughan, and King are already shaping the future of care. Each circle on the map shows where voices like yours are having an impact. Now it’s your turn.

Put yourself on the map and help secure better access to health care for generations to come.
